Abstract
Objeto: Se proporciona un aparato de aplicación de material líquido y un método de aplicación de material líquido con el cual puede descargarse un material líquido en una cantidad de descarga predeterminada por unidad de tiempo sin importar una velocidad de movimiento relativo en una serie de trabajos de aplicación. Solución: El aparato de aplicación de material líquido incluye un cabezal de descarga, un robot que mueve el cabezal de descarga en relación a una pieza de trabajo, una unidad de control de movimiento que controla el movimiento relativo del cabezal de descarga y la pieza de trabajo, y una unidad de control de descarga que controla una operación de descarga de un material líquido a partir de un cabezal de descarga, en donde la unidad de control de descarga ejecuta, en una manera intercambiable de acuerdo con un programa de aplicación, un primer modo de control de descarga para cambio de una cantidad de descarga del material líquido, el cual se descarga a partir del cabezal de descarga por unidad de tiempo, dependiendo de una velocidad de movimiento relativo entre el cabezal de descarga y la pieza de trabajo, y un segundo modo de control de descarga que opera el cabezal de descarga para descargar el material líquido en una cantidad de descarga predeterminada por unidad de tiempo, sin importar la velocidad de movimiento relativo. El método de aplicación de material líquido se implementa utilizando el aparato de aplicación de material líquido.
