Abstract
Buluş bir testere makinesinin kontrol edilmesine yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgilidir. Makine bir frekans değiştiriciye sahip elektrikli testere aleti tahrik elemanı ile tahrik edilen bir testere aleti (3) ve tahrik edilen testere aletinin (3) bir elektrikli besleme tahrik elemanı aracılığıyla bir değişiklik gösteren bir besleme hızında testere ile kesilecek bir iş parçasına (2) göre hareket ettirilmesi için bir testere besleme aparatı içermektedir. Bir iş parçasındaki (2) bir birinci kesit için, iş parçası geometrisine, iş parçası materyaline ve testere aletine (3) spesifik olan, bir sabit veya değişiklik gösteren çalışma besleme hızı önceden belirlenmektedir. Birinci kesit esnasında, bir fiziksel değişkenin testere aleti tahrik elemanından testere aletine (3) aktarılan dönme momenti ile ilişkilendirilen bir anlık değeri saptanmaktadır, ve bu değer anlık dönme momenti değeri (6) olarak makine kontrol elemanına aktarılmaktadır. Burada anlık dönme momenti değeri (6) kesintisiz bir şekilde analiz edilmektedir, bu şekilde birinci kesitin bir maksimum dönme momenti değeri saptanmaktadır ve, buna dayanılarak dönme momenti değerine yönelik bir maksimum değer (8) belirlenmektedir. Aynı iş parçasındaki (2) birbirinin ardından gelen tüm kesitlere yönelik olarak, çalışma besleme hızının anlık dönme momenti değerini (6) kullanmasıyla, kontrollü değişken (gerçek değer) olarak, anlık dönme momenti değerinin (6) sabit tutulacağı ve mümkün olduğunca maksimum değere (istenilen değer) (8) yakın bulunacağı şekilde düzenlenmektedir.
