Abstract

Un método para usar en la perforación, desarrollo, terminación, y producción de pozos, que incluye suministrar presión hidráulica a una araña de tubería que tiene al menos un componente de accionamiento, generar datos de posición desde un sensor de posición en función de la posición del componente de accionamiento, generar datos de presión desde un sensor de presión en función de la presión suministrada a la araña, y manejar automáticamente las tuberías con la araña al accionar el componente de accionamiento al ajustar la presión suministrada, a la araña en función de los datos de posición, los datos de presión, y un algoritmo de control prescrito. El método puede implementarse como parte de un sistema que incluye una araña de tubería que tiene al menos un componente de accionamiento, sensores que detectan la presión hidráulica suministrada a la araña y la posición del componente de accionamiento, y un controlador lógico programable que puede generar datos de control de la araña para controlar la araña en función de los datos de los sensores y un algoritmo de control prescrito.
