Abstract
Una unidad de vaporizador de fondo cerrado impide que el material vaporizable salga de la unidad y entre a una fuente de calor de un vaporizador. Una unidad de vaporizador de fondo cerrado reduce adicionalmente la contaminación y/o ensuciamiento de un vaporizador y comprende una cápsula de fondo cerrado, al menos una entrada de aire para arrastrar aire en la cápsula de fondo cerrado, y al menos una salida de aire para arrastrar aire fuera de la cápsula de fondo cerrado. Se crea una ruta de flujo de aire desde la por lo menos una entrada de aire, la cápsula de fondo cerrado, y la salida de aire, que impide la contaminación del vaporizador.
