Abstract
Un sistema generador de aerosol que comprende: una entrada de aire (18) y una salida de aire (24); una porción de almacenamiento de líquido (30) que contiene un sustrato líquido formador de aerosol, la porción de almacenamiento de líquido (30) tiene una salida de líquido; un pasaje de flujo de aire (22) desde la entrada de aire (18) hacia la salida de aire (24) más allá de la salida de líquido, en donde el pasaje de flujo de aire (22) está dimensionado para que haya una caída de presión dentro del pasaje de flujo de aire (22) en la salida de líquido cuando el aire fluye dese la entrada de aire (18) hacia la salida de aire (24) a través del pasaje de flujo de aire (22) y un elemento de calentamiento (26) dentro de la trayectoria de flujo, posicionado entre la salida de líquido y la salida de aire (24). El sistema se configura ventajosamente de manera tal que, cuando el aire fluye desde la entrada de aire (18) hacia la salida de aire (24) a través del pasaje de flujo de aire, la presión en la salida de líquido es menor que la presión dentro de la porción de almacenamiento de líquido (30).
