Abstract
Se describen suministros de energía de soldadura, alimentadores de alambre y sistemas para medir la resistencia de un circuito de soldadura a través de comunicaciones por medio del circuito de soldadura. Un ejemplo de suministro de energía tipo soldadura incluye: un convertidor de energía configurado para: convertir energía de entrada para emitir un impulso de corriente a través de un circuito de soldadura; y convertir la energía de entrada en energía de salida tipo soldadura a través del circuito de soldadura; un monitor de voltaje configurado para medir un voltaje de salida de suministro de energía del pulso de corriente; un circuito receptor configurado para recibir, a través del circuito de soldadura, una comunicación que comprenda una segunda medición de voltaje; y un controlador configurado para: determinar la resistencia de una porción del circuito de soldadura en función de la medición de voltaje de salida de suministro de energía, la segunda medición de voltaje y una medición de corriente de circuito de soldadura; y controlar el convertidor de energía para convertir la energía de entrada para emitir energía tipo soldadura en función de un punto de ajuste de voltaje de soldadura y la impedancia.
