Abstract
La invención se refiere a una hoja de acero enrollada en frío, el acero comprende, en porcentaje de peso: 0.19% = carbón = 0.24%; 1.9% = manganeso = 2.2%; 1.4% = silicio = 1.6%, 1.4% aluminio = 0.06%; 0.2% = cromo = 0.5%; fósforo = 0.02%; azufre; = 0.03%; y opcionalmente uno o más de los siguientes elementos: niobio = 0.06%; titanio = 0.08%; vanadio = 0.1%; calcio = 0.005%; y el balance incluye hierro e impurezas inevitables, la hoja de acero tiene una microestructura que comprende de 5% a 15% de martensita temperada, de 10% a 15% de austenita residual y en forma opcional, hasta el 5% de ferrita en fracciones de área, el balance se forma de bainita, el contenido de vainita es por lo menos del 70%. La invención también se refiere a un método de fabricación y con el uso de tal grado para fabricar partes de vehículo.
