Abstract
Un sistema y método para controlar la formación de ampollas. El método empieza con el mezclando de los ingredientes para formar una masa con un contenido de humedad entre aproximadamente 35% y 60%. La masa es laminada y cortada. Por consiguiente, la masa es pre-calentada para reducir el contenido de humedad entre aproximadamente 10% y aproximadamente 45%. Las preformas después se perforan y se deshidratan. El sistema de perforación, en una modalidad, tiene una placa de apoyo y un dispositivo de perforación al menos con dos pines perforadores de longitud variable.
