Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un método para laminar un cristal compuesto (30), donde: (a) una secuencia de pila (1) de un cristal de sustrato (2), al menos una capa intermedia (3), y una capa de cubierta (4) es producida, (b1) un anillo de vacío (5) o una bolsa o manga de vacío es colocada alrededor de la secuencia de pila (1), (b2) la secuencia de pila (1) es desaireada durante un periodo t1 mayor que o igual a 8 min y a una temperatura T1 de 0°C a 30°C aplicando una presión negativa p1 menor que o igual a 0.3 bares al anillo de vacío (5) o a la bolsa o manga de vacío, (b3) la secuencia de pila (1) es calentada por radiación de microondas a una temperatura T2 de 70°C a 130°C, donde una presión negativa p2 menor que o igual a 0.3 bares es mantenida sobre el anillo de vacío (5) o sobre la bolsa o manga de vacío, (b4) la secuencia de pila (1) es mantenida por radiación de microondas a una temperatura T3 de 70°C a 130°C y es desaireada durante un periodo t3 mayor que o igual a 8 min a una presión negativa p3 menor que o igual a 0.3 bares sobre el anillo de vacío (5) o sobre la bolsa o manga de vacío, (b5) la secuencia de pila (1) es enfriada a una temperatura T4 de menos de 70°C, donde una presión negativa p4 menor que o igual a 0.3 bares es mantenida sobre el anillo de vacío (5) o sobre la bolsa o manga de vacío, (b6) el anillo de vacío (5) o la bolsa o manga de vacío es aireado, y (c) el anillo de vacío (5) o la bolsa o manga de vacío es removido.
