Abstract
Las modalidades de la invención proporcionan un biodetector mejorado para análisis biológico o químico. De acuerdo con las modalidades de la invención, pueden ser utilizados detectores de imagen semiconductores de óxido de metal (CMOS) complementarios con iluminación trasera o retroiluminados (BSI) para analizar y medir de forma efectiva fluorescencia o quimioluminiscencia de una muestra.
