Abstract
Se describen métodos para promover el crecimiento de plantas basado en regímenes de tratamiento de fotoprotección novedosos con glicopiranósidos que incluyen glicopiranosilglicopiranósidos, y aril-a-D-glicopiranósidos, y más específicamente, con uno o más compuestos que comprenden manosil-triosa terminal, opcionalmente en presencia de luz mejorada por uno o más miembros reflectantes y/o refractantes de luz tales como substrato basados en silicio. Adicionalmente, los procesos de síntesis química para los compuestos anteriores se dan a conocer para la aplicación general a las plantas. Las microcuentas de silicato de similares se distribuyen sobre la tierra o substrato en el cual las raíces de una planta se soportan y se plantan, por debajo y alrededor de una planta en una manera que la luz se refracta o se refleja hacia el filoplano.
