Abstract

Se muestra un tejido para su uso en vestimenta de seguridad. El tejido comprende un primer hilo que comprende una pasada de fibra modacrílica en una dirección de trama de la tela y un segundo hilo que comprende pasada de poliéster en una dirección de urdimbre de la tela. El tejido cumple con los requisitos de visibilidad regulados por CSA Z96 en Canadá y por ANSI/ISEA 107 en Estados Unidos y las normas internacionales aplicables; y cumple con los requisitos de resistencia al fuego regulados en Canadá por CAN/CGSB-155.20, CAN/CGSB 155.22 y CSA Z462; y en Estados Unidos por NFPA 2 112, NFPA 1971, NFPA 1975, NFPA 1977 y NFPA 70E; y normas internacionales aplicables. Se muestra adicionalmente un método de fabricación de un tejido, dicho método comprende las etapas de correr una pasada de un primer hilo en una dirección de la trama, dicho primer hilo comprende modacrílico y correr una pasada de un segundo hilo en una dirección de la urdimbre, dicho segundo hilo comprende poliéster, en donde dicho método produce un tejido que cumple con los requisitos de visibilidad y que cumple con los requisitos de resistencia al fuego.
