Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к текстильной промышленности, в частности к производству технических тканей из полимерных волокон и нитей для изготовления защитной одежды специального назначения. Технический результат - создание прочной огнестойкой ткани с пониженной жесткостью и хорошей эластичностью и драпируемостью при эксплуатации в условиях крайнего севера при температуре от минус 60°C. Технический результат - создание прочной огнестойкой ткани с пониженной жесткостью и хорошей эластичностью и драпируемостью при эксплуатации в условиях крайнего севера при температуре от минус 60°C. Термостойкая ткань образована переплетением основных и уточных нитей комбинированным полотняным переплетением по основе основным репсом и по утку уточным репсом, выполненная из фоновых нитей по основе и утку из смесовой двухниточной пряжи, включающей пара-арамидное волокно и полиоксидиазольное волокно в соотношении 50×50, с результирующей линейной плотностью 60 Текс, с усилением по основе и утку трощеной комплексной аримидной нитью 29,4 Текс ×2, при этом процентное соотношение пряжа/нить в составе ткани составляет 75/25, а поверхностная плотность ткани 260г/м. Термостойкая ткань дополнительно обработана по меньшей мере одним фторорганическим препаратом. Заявлено также изделие из термостойкой ткани в виде предмета одежды.
