Abstract

Un componente de soldadura de acero con un revestimiento de aluminio o aleación de aluminio, que utiliza una pieza de soldadura de acero con un revestimiento de aluminio o aleación de aluminio. La pieza de soldadura se compone de un sustrato de acero (1) y recubrimientos (2, 2 '); el recubrimiento (2) comprende una capa de aleación de compuesto intermetálico (21) que contacta con el sustrato (1), y una capa de aleación de metal (22) sobre la capa de aleación de compuesto intermetálico (21); en al menos una de las superficies de recubrimiento de la pieza de soldadura, el recubrimiento (2) dentro de un área (3) a soldar de la pieza de soldadura ha sido totalmente eliminado, y una cara final (23) del recubrimiento (2) en el lado del recubrimiento dentro del área (3) que se va a soldar tiene un ángulo de ß con un plano vertical a una superficie (11) del sustrato (1) que es paralela a la costura de soldadura, donde ß es 0-80 °. También se proporcionan métodos de soldadura y preparación para el componente de soldadura de acero. La pieza en bruto de soldadura de acero preparada por el método garantiza la resistencia a la tracción, el alargamiento y la resistencia a la corrosión de una junta soldada estampada en caliente.
