Abstract

Un alambre de acero incluye, como composición química, en % en masa, C: 0.40% a 1.10%, Si: 0.005% a 0.350%, Mn: 0.05% a 0.90%, Cr: 0% a 0.70%, Al: 0% a 0.070%, Ti: 0% a 0.050%, V: 0% a 0.10%, Nb: 0% a 0.050%, Mo: 0% a 0.20%, B: 0% a 0.0030%, y un resto que incluye Fe e impurezas; en el cual una estructura metalográfica en una sección transversal incluye 80% de área o más de una estructura de perlita que tiene una cementita laminar; un espaciado laminar promedio que es un espaciado entre cementitas laminares es de 28 nm a 80 nm; la longitud promedio de la cementita laminar es de 22.0 µm o menos; entre la estructura de perlita, una estructura de perlita que tiene la cementita laminar, cuya inclinación con respecto a la dirección longitudinal del alambre de acero es de 15° o menos es de 40% de área o más; un grado de integración de un plano {110} de ferrita con respecto a la dirección longitudinal está en un intervalo de 2.0 a 8.0, y el diámetro del alambre de acero es de 1.4 mm o más.
