Abstract
Una barra de alambre de acero con alto contenido de carbono laminada en caliente, cuya composición de acero contiene, en términos de % en masa, 0.60-1.10% de C, 0.022.0% de Si, 0.1-2.0% de Mn, 0.3-1.6% de Cr y 0.001-0.05% de Al, N estando limitado a 0.008% o menos, P estando limitado a 0.020% o menos y S estando limitado a 0.020% o menos, el resto comprendiendo Fe e impurezas inevitables, siendo la estructura del alambre al menos 95% de perlita en términos de relación de área de una sección transversal perpendicular a la dirección longitudinal de la barra de alambre, siendo el intervalo laminar promedio de la perlita de 50-100 nm, y el valor promedio del tamaño de bloque de perlita en una sección central que es la región dentro de un círculo de diámetro D/2 con respecto al diámetro D de la barra de alambre desde el centro de la sección transversal perpendicular a la dirección longitudinal de la barra de alambre, satisfaciendo la expresión 5 pm < el tamaño de bloque de perlita < 15 pm.
