Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de distribución de energía local; el sistema de distribución de energía local comprende un conducto de alimentación local (22); un conducto de retorno local (23); un intercambiador de calor central (21) conectado a una red de calefacción de distrito (10) que tiene un conducto de alimentación de distrito (11) para un flujo entrante de fluido de transferencia de calor de distrito que tiene una primera temperatura en el rango de 50-120°C, y un conducto de retorno de distrito (12) para un flujo de retorno de fluido de transferencia de calor de distrito que tiene una segunda temperatura, la segunda temperatura siendo inferior a la primera temperatura, la segunda temperatura estando en el rango de 40-60°C, en donde el intercambiador de calor central (21) esté configurado para intercambiar calor desde el flujo entrante de fluido de transferencia de calor de distrito a un flujo de salida de fluido de transferencia de calor local en el conducto de alimentación local (22), el flujo de salida de fluido de transferencia de calor local teniendo una temperatura de 5-30°C; y una pluralidad de sistemas de calefacción locales (200), cada uno teniendo una entrada (25) conectada al conducto de alimentación local (22) y una salida (26) conectada al conducto de retorno local (23), en donde cada sistema de calefacción local (200) está configurado para proporcionar agua caliente y/o calefacción de comodidad a un edificio (40).
