Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema de calentamiento (100) que comprende una red distrital de enfriamiento (1) y un sistema de calentamiento local (200) configurado para calentar una construcción y/o para calentar agua de grifo para la construcción. El sistema de calentamiento tiene un conducto de alimentación (5) para un flujo entrante de fluido de enfriamiento que tiene una primera temperatura, y un conducto de retorno (8) para un flujo de retorno de fluido de enfriamiento que tiene una segunda temperatura, la segunda temperatura que es mayor que la primera temperatura. El sistema de calentamiento local (200) comprende una bomba de calor (10) que tiene una entrada (10a) conectada al conducto de retorno (8) de la red distrital de enfriamiento (1) y una salida (10b) conectada al conducto de alimentación (5) de la red distrital de enfriamiento (1).
