Abstract

Se presenta un tubo reformador para producir gas de síntesis mediante reformado con vapor de gases de alimentación que contienen hidrocarburos, en el que se usa un catalizador de reformado con vapor estructurado. De acuerdo con la invención, se dispone un tubo intercambiador de calor en el interior del catalizador estructurado, donde la corriente de gas de alimentación fluye en primer lugar a través del catalizador estructurado y posteriormente a contracorriente a través del tubo intercambiador de calor. Esto mejora el intercambio de calor entre la corriente del producto de gas de síntesis y el catalizador estructurado y la corriente de gas de alimentación que fluye a través de este, especialmente en la dirección radial.
