Abstract

Se describe un aparato para reformado con vapor de hidrocarburos que comprende un reformador de vapor que contiene una pluralidad de tubos verticales calentados externamente (17) donde cada tubo tiene una entrada para una mezcla de gas de alimentación que comprende hidrocarburo y vapor, y una salida para una mezcla de gas reformada, en donde los tubos contienen un catalizador en partículas de reformado con vapor (18) adyacente a la salida y un catalizador estructurado de reformado con vapor (19) adyacente a la entrada. También se describe un proceso para el reformado con vapor de hidrocarburos usando dicho aparato.
