Abstract
Un ensamble de transductor para un elevador de perforación mar adentro (15) que incluye un carrete (11) para conectarse en el elevador (15); una protuberancia (31) que tiene superficies inclinadas superior e inferior se extiende alrededor de la pared lateral del carrete; un hueco que se extiende alrededor de la protuberancia entre las superficies inclinadas superior e inferior; agujeros de transductor superiores (47) separados alrededor de la protuberancia y que se extienden desde la superficie inclinada superior hacia abajo y hacia adentro en el agujero de carrete (19); agujeros de transductor inferiores (119) separados alrededor de la protuberancia (31) y que se extienden desde la superficie inclinada inferior hacia arriba y hacia adentro en el agujero del carrete (19); una base (51) de un material no metálico rígido que se localiza en cada uno de los agujeros de transductor (47); un anillo de sellado (65) que se extiende alrededor de una porción exterior cilíndrica (53a) de cada una de las bases (51) y uno de los agujeros de transductor (47); un elemento transductor acústico (71) que está montado en el extremo exterior de cada una de las bases (51); el ensamble de transductor puede detectar fácilmente el parámetro de fluido de perforación que fluye a través del agujero de carrete (19) y forma un sellado hermético.
