Abstract

The present invention discloses an ultrasonic mixing machine, the advantage thereof being that it has an ultrasonic unit, enabling the conversion of a liquid substance into a vapour by means of the piezoelectric components, in addition to having a main stirrer and a secondary stirrer, which considerably improves the mixing process, achieving the rapid, effective homogenisation of an active ingredient and an excipient, so that the assimilation of said product in the organism consuming the same is therefore more effective. It should be mentioned that its operation is advantageous when compared with other mixing equipment, as the programming of the mix is performed by means of the control panel, additional operations being unnecessary, thus reducing operating costs. Another of the advantages presented by the ultrasonic mixing machine is that the set of pulleys, the counterweight and the crank, make is easier to raise the tank cover with no need to dismantle the components installed there on.
