Abstract
La presente invención proporciona láminas de acero magnético de grano orientado que tienen un recubrimiento de tensión aislante libre de cromo con excelentes resistencia a la absorción de humedad y tensión de recubrimiento, y métodos para la producción de tales láminas de acero. Una lámina de acero magnético de grano orientado con recubrimiento de tensión aislante libre de cromo incluye una lámina de acero magnético de grano orientado y un recubrimiento de tensión aislante que contiene una sal de fosfato y sílice sobre una superficie de la lámina de acero magnético de grano orientado, el recubrimiento incluye además un compuesto cristalino representado por la fórmula general (1): MII3MIII4(XVO4)6 ··· (1). En la fórmula general (1), MII y MIII son cada uno independientemente uno, o dos o más seleccionados de Sc, Ti, V, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu y Mg, y XV es uno, o dos o más seleccionados de P, V y Mo. Un método para la producción de una lámina de acero magnético de grano orientado con recubrimiento de tensión aislante libre de cromo incluye aplicar un líquido de recubrimiento de tensión aislante a una superficie de una lámina de acero magnético de grano orientado sometida a recocido de acabado, el líquido de recubrimiento incluye sílice coloidal, una sal de fosfato y un compuesto que contiene un elemento metálico M en una proporción específica, y tratar térmicamente la lámina de acero por lo menos una vez a una temperatura no inferior a 900°C en una atmósfera que incluye un gas no oxidante y que tiene un punto de rocío no superior a 0°C.
