Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de transmisión, que realiza un procedimiento de detección de recurso para adquirir información acerca de recursos de radio que se pueden usar para transmitir datos en un punto en el tiempo posterior; después que los datos se vuelven disponibles para transmisión, el dispositivo de transmisión realiza una asignación de recurso de radio autónoma para seleccionar recursos de radio dentro de una ventana de transmisión que se va a usar para transmitir los datos, con base en la información adquirida por el procedimiento de detección de recurso durante una ventana de detección; la asignación de recurso de radio autónoma comprende seleccionar recursos de radio en subcuadros primarios de la ventana de transmisión preferiblemente sobre recursos de radio en subcuadros secundarios de la ventana de transmisión; los subcuadros secundarios corresponden a aquellos subcuadros en la ventana de detección durante la cual el dispositivo de transmisión no realizó el procedimiento de detección de recurso, y los subcuadros primarios corresponden a aquellos subcuadros en la ventana detección durante la cual el dispositivo de transmisión realizó el procedimiento de detección de recurso.
