Abstract
Uso de un poliéster termoplástico semicristalino para producir películas biorientadas, teniendo dicho poliéster al menos una unidad de 1,4:3,6-dianhidrohexitol (A), al menos una unidad de diol aliciclico (B) distinta de las unidades de 1,4:3,6-dianhidrohexitol (A), y al menos una unidad de acido tereftalico (C), en donde la relación (A)/[(A)+(B)] es al menos 0.05 y a lo sumo 0.30, estando dicho poliester libre de unidades de diol alifatico no ciclico o comprendiendo una cantidad molar de unidades de diol alifatico no ciclico, con respecto a la totalidad de unidades monomericas del poliester, de menos de un 5 %, y con una viscosidad reducida en solución (25oC; fenol (50 % en peso): orto-diclorobenceno (50 % en peso); 0\5 g/l de poliester) mayor que 50 mL/g.
