Abstract
La presente divulgación proporciona una composición catalizadora de conversión de tres vías (TWC), y un artículo catalizador que comprende una composición catalizadora tal adecuada para al menos la conversión parcial de hidrocarburos gaseosos (HC), monóxido de carbono (CO) y óxidos de nitrógeno (NOx). Generalmente, el artículo catalizador incluye un sustrato catalizador que tiene una pluralidad de canales adaptados para el flujo de gas, donde cada canal tiene una superficie de pared y un revestimiento catalítico sobre las superficies o en el interior de los poros de la pared. El revestimiento catalítico incluye generalmente un primer revestimiento sellador con un componente metálico del grupo del platino (PGM) y un primer soporte de óxido metálico refractario y un segundo revestimiento sellador que tiene una pluralidad de nanopartículas de paladio-rodio y un segundo soporte de óxido metálico refractario.
