Abstract
La invención se refiere a una parte de acero que incluye una parte de soporte (1) y una porción (17) formada por una soldadura (2; 7) en la forma de metal fundido (5; 12), en la parte de soporte (1), que forma una zona afectada de calor (HAZ) (6) de la misma y un área fundida (21) entre la HAZ (6) y la porción (17) formada al agregar el metal fundido (5; 12). La parte de soporte (1) es elaborada del 70-100% de acero con una microestructura martensítica, la composición de la cual consiste de: 0.01% = C = 1.5%; 0.01% = N = 0.2%; 0.2% = Mn = 1.2%; 0.2 = Si = 1.2%; las trazas = Al = 0,1%; las trazas = S + P = 0.05%; 5.0% = Cr = 16,5%; las trazas = Ni = 3,5%; las trazas = Mo + W = 2.0%; las trazas = Cu = 3.0%; las trazas = Ti + Nb + Zr + V + Ta = 2%; las trazas = Co = 0.5%; las trazas = Sn + Pb = 0.04%; las trazas = B =0.01%; el resto es de hierro; y cumple con las condiciones: A= %Mn + %Ni + %Cu + 30*(%C + %N) - 3*(%Ti + %Nb) = 1.5%; B= %Cr + %Mo + 5*%V + %W + %Si + %Al = 9%. La composición de la soldadura (2; 7) antes del uso consiste de: 0.01% = C = 0.1%; 0.01% = N = 0.2%; 0.2% = Mn = 2.0%; 0.2 = Si = 1.2%; 15.0% = Cr = 19,0%; 6.0% = Ni = 13.0%; las trazas = Mo + W = 3.0%; las trazas = Cu = 3.0%; las trazas = Co = 0.5%; las trazas = B = 0.01%; las trazas = S + P = 0.05%; las trazas = Ti + Nb + Zr + V + Ta = 2%; las trazas = Sn + Pb = 0.04%; el resto es de hierro. La dureza de la HAZ (6) no es mayor del 20% menor que la dureza del resto de la parte de soporte (1), y el contenido de martensita de la HAZ (6) no es menor que el 70%. El área fundida (21) tiene una relación de dilución de 50-95% por peso, de preferencia, del 75-85% por peso. La invención también se refiere a una parte finalizada de acero producida de esta manera, al menos una de las partes formadas por medio de un proceso de adición de un metal fundido (5; 12) es un elemento de refuerzo (17; 24, 25, 26) para la parte de soporte (1; 22).
