Abstract
Un sistema para producir un polímero en espuma que comprende: - un primer mezclador (140) para mezclar por lo menos dos componentes de reacción, para que reaccionen mutuamente para obtener una mezcla de reacción que reacciona para formar un polímero, en la que por lo menos uno de los componentes de reacción comprende también un fluido supercrítico; - un molde (200) de formación de espuma, que está conectado con el primer mezclador (140), es adecuado para recibir la mezcla de reacción y tiene un primer volumen (210) que está disponible para recibir la mezcla de reacción, en el que el primer volumen (210) es variable. El molde (200) de formación de espuma comprende un sello (300) móvil, que delimita el primer volumen (210) en por lo menos un lado. El sistema comprende un delimitador (310) móvil, que está dispuesto en un lado del sello (300) opuesto desde el primer volumen (210), no está conectado con el sello (300) y la posición del cual puede variar por medio de una unidad (320) de posicionamiento, en la que la unidad (320) está diseñada para llevar a cabo instrucciones de una unidad (400) de control y que puede ser colocada de manera que bloquee o permita un movimiento al sello (300) que corresponde a una prolongación del primer volumen (210), dependiendo de las instrucciones de la unidad (400) de control; la unidad (400) de control está diseñada para transmitir instrucciones a la unidad (320) de posicionamiento, dependiendo de por lo menos un parámetro de una mezcla de reacción localizado en el primer volumen (210).
