Abstract

Un ejemplo de fuente de energía de soldadura, que comprende: una fuente de energía en modo conmutado para convertir la energía principal en energía de tipo soldadura que tiene una corriente de salida en función de un bucle de control de la corriente; un circuito detector de voltaje para medir un voltaje de soldadura; un comparador de voltaje para determinar si el voltaje de soldadura corresponde a un arco de soldadura o una condición de cortocircuito; y un circuito de control para: seleccionar una tasa de cambio gradual de la corriente; y ejecutar el bucle de control de la corriente para controlar la corriente de salida, el circuito de control se configura para, mientras el voltaje de soldadura corresponde a la condición de cortocircuito, incrementar la corriente de salida a la tasa de cambio gradual de la corriente.
