Abstract
Se proporciona un aparato, método y sistema de comunicación inalámbrico. El aparato, en un primer nodo comprende: un transceptor, operativo para transmitir y/o recibir una señal de radio; un circuitaje, operativo para medir una o más relaciones de ocupado de canal para acumulados de recursos de canal de la señal de radio, y para realizar control de congestión sobre los acumulados de recursos de canal con base en las relaciones de ocupado de canal medidas.
