Abstract
La invención proporciona compuestos de fórmula I o una sal, solvato o hidrato farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos (ver Fórmula) en donde el anillo A representa el grupo A-I o A-II (ver Fórmula) A-I A-II A1, A2, A3, A4 representan independientemente C(R4aa) o N, en donde no más de uno de A1, A2, A3, y A4 representa N; A5 representa C(R4b) o N; B1, B2, B3 y B4 representan independientemente C(R3) o N, en donde no más de dos de B1, B2, B3 y B4 representan N; n es 1 o 2; y R1, R2, R3, R4a y R4aa y R4b son como se definen en las reivindicaciones, así como métodos para usar los compuestos para tratar enfermedades de proliferación, en particular cáncer.
