Abstract

Varias modalidades descritas en la presente descripción se relacionan con un método, sistema y medio de almacenamiento legible por máquina no transitorio para determinar un momento oportuno para la interacción del usuario que incluye uno o más de los siguientes: el método que comprende: recibir una solicitud de una aplicación cliente para una indicación de si un usuario está abierto a participar en una interacción de usuario; obtener información de uso acerca de la actividad reciente del usuario en un dispositivo del usuario; aplicar al menos un modelo predictivo entrenado a la información de uso para identificar el estado contextual actual del usuario, en donde el estado contextual actual incluye al menos uno de: una medida de disponibilidad representativa de la capacidad actual del usuario de realizar una acción física asociada con la interacción del usuario, y una medida de receptividad representativa de la capacidad actual del usuario de prestar atención a la interacción de usuario; determinar una indicación de oportunidad basada en el estado contextual del usuario; y proporcionar la indicación de oportunidad a la aplicación cliente.
