Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos y composiciones para generar animales no humanos con menor tolerancia de un antígeno foráneo de interés y generar proteínas de unión al antígeno contra dicho antígeno foráneo de interés usando dichos animales. Los métodos y las composiciones emplean sistemas CRISPR/Cas9 usando múltiples ARN guía para reducir o eliminar la expresión de un auto antígeno homologo a o que comparte un epitopo de interés con el antígeno foráneo de interés o para reducir o eliminar la expresión de un epitopo en el auto antígeno que es compartido con el antígeno foráneo de interés.
