Abstract

La invención se refiere a un robot de cocina (10) con al menos un dispositivo de procesado (50) y un dispositivo de supervisión (200), donde en un servicio de preparación el dispositivo de procesado (50) se puede manejar para la preparación al menos parcialmente automática de alimentos, y el dispositivo de supervisión (200) presenta al menos un sensor (52) para el cálculo de al menos una primera y segunda grabación (101.1, 101.2), donde la segunda grabación (101.2) puede calcularse de manera temporalmente consecutiva a la primera grabación (101.1) y la primera grabación (101.1) se diferencia de la segunda grabación (101.2), de manera que se puede definir en función de la diferencia un determinado estado futuro de la preparación, donde el dispositivo de supervisión (200) comprende un dispositivo de procesamiento (210) mediante el que se puede determinar una información analítica en función de la primera y/o segunda grabación (101.1, 101.2) y se puede llevar a cabo un análisis (140) de la información analítica para la determinación de un resultado analítico específico para el determinado estado futuro de la preparación y se puede emitir al menos una señal de control (161) para influenciar el servicio de preparación en función del resultado analítico.
