Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para medir una temperatura dentro de un aparato de cocina (1), en particular una temperatura de alimento de un alimento a cocer (21) que se prepara dentro de un aparato de cocina (1), con las etapas de proceso: enviar una señal de excitación electromagnética mediante un dispositivo emisor-receptor (2), recibir la señal de excitación mediante un detector de temperatura (3) dispuesto en el aparato de cocina (1), en particular en el alimento (21), enviar una señal de respuesta en función de la temperatura por vía del detector de temperatura (3), recibir la señal de respuesta mediante el dispositivo emisor-receptor (2), determinar la temperatura actual mediante la comparación de la señal de respuesta con señales de referencia dependientes de la temperatura. Para también permitir una interacción entre varios aparatos de cocina (1, 4), se propone que el dispositivo emisor-receptor (2) transmita la señal de respuesta o informaciones parciales de la señal de respuesta y/o el valor de una temperatura actual determinada mediante el dispositivo emisor-receptor (2) a un dispositivo de control de otro aparato de cocina (4) o a una computadora externa (5). Adicionalmente se propone un sistema para llevar a cabo un método de conformidad con la invención.
