Abstract
Un proceso y una planta para producir un gas de síntesis que consiste principalmente en hidrógeno y monóxido de carbono mediante reformado con vapor catalítico de un gas de alimentación hidrocarbonado, en el que el calor de quemadores requeridos para que las reacciones de reformado químico tengan lugar se genera produciendo un gas de combustión y en el que, usando el calor contenido en el gas de síntesis y en el gas de combustión, se genera un vapor puro a partir de agua de alimentación de caldera y se genera un vapor de proceso a partir de condensado de proceso, en el que para la generación del vapor puro se usan gas de síntesis y gas de combustión y para la generación del vapor de proceso se usa una parte del vapor puro como medio de transferencia de calor y la parte restante del vapor puro se descarga del proceso como vapor de exportación.
