Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un proceso de producción de 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropeno, por la fluoración de 1,1,1,2,3-pentacloropropano (HCC-240db) de muy alta pureza al producto 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropeno (HFO-1234yf), el proceso comprende las siguientes etapas: - etapa 3 de cloración de 1,1,3-tricloropropeno para producir 1,1,1,2,3-pentacloropropano, que comprende: 3-a) poner en contacto la materia prima de 1,1,3-tricloropropeno con cloro en una zona de reacción para producir una mezcla de reacción que contiene 1,1,1,2,3-pentaclorop ropano y 1,1,3-tricloropropeno, donde la zona de reacción es diferente a la zona de deshidrocloración, y 3-b) tratar la mezcla de reacción obtenida en la etapa 3-a) para obtener una materia prima de 1,1,1,2,3-pentacloropropano (HCC-240db); - etapa 4 de producción de 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropeno (HFO-1234yf), que comprende: 4-a) hacer reaccionar la materia prima de 1,1,1,2,3-pentacloropropano (HCC-240db) con HF en presencia o ausencia de un catalizador para producir una mezcla de reacción que comprende por lo menos un compuesto elegido de entre HCI, HF, 1,1,1,2,2-pentafluoropropano (HFC-245cb), 2-cloro-3,3,3-trifluorop ropeno (HCFO-1233xf) y 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropeno (HFO-1234yf).
