Abstract
La presente invención proporciona métodos para reducir la carga tumoral, crecimiento tumoral, progreso tumoral y/o metástasis en un sujeto que padece de un cáncer de tumor sólido tal como cáncer de mama triple negativo. Los métodos incluyen administrar a un sujeto en necesidad del mismo una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de un inhibidor de PD-L1 o un inhibidor de PD-1 en combinación con un antagonista de receptor de quimiocina de molécula pequeña que bloquea CCR1.
