Abstract

Un sistema de tostado y molienda (100) para preparar y suministrar a demanda café tostado y molido, el sistema comprende: uno o más recipientes de materias primas (10, 10', 10", etc.) que comprenden granos de café verde de los mismos o de diferentes tipos; una unidad de tostado (20) que en su momento recibe granos de café verde de uno o más de los recipientes de materias primas (10, 10', 10", etc.), la unidad de tostado (20) que adapta automáticamente los parámetros de tostado al tipo de granos de café verde a tostar; un área de conservación (30) donde el café tostado se almacena en la atmósfera apropiada hasta que sea molido; una zona de molienda (40) que comprende una o más unidades de molienda (41, 41', 41", etc.), una por tipo de café a moler, que adapta automáticamente los parámetros de molienda al tipo de café o mezcla de café a ser molido. La invención se refiere, además, a un recipiente de materias primas (10, 10', 10", etc.) que comprende granos de café verde conectable de forma separada a un sistema de tostado y molienda (100), y a un método para el tostado y la molienda de mezclas de café a demanda mediante el uso de dicho sistema.
