Abstract
Una bebida con sabor mejorado incluye una cantidad añadida de ácido piroglutámico o una sal del mismo. El ácido piroglutámico puede estar en la forma de ácido L-piroglutámico, ácido D-piroglutámico, L-piroglutamato monosódico, D-piroglutamato monosódico, o una mezcla de los mismos.
