Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo de inducción electromagnética y un método para la fabricación del mismo. El dispositivo comprende una cubierta magnética (110) y al menos un conjunto de bobinas (120). La cubierta magnética (110) consiste de dos o más unidades magnéticas (111), y puede formarse un lazo de flujo magnético cerrado dentro de cada unidad magnética (111). Las unidades magnéticas (111) se unen juntas para formar un cuerpo integrado sustancialmente cerrado que tiene al menos una cavidad (112) de esta manera, y las superficies divisorias entre las unidades magnéticas (111) se disponen sustancialmente a lo largo del lazo de flujo magnético sin interrumpir el lazo de flujo magnético . Las bobinas (120) se disponen en la cavidad (112) formada por la cubierta magnética (110), los electrodos de las bobinas (120) se conducen fuera de la cubierta magnética (110), y el lazo de flujo magnético en la cubierta magnética (110) se produce después de energizar las bobinas (120). El dispositivo de inducción electromagnética de la presente invención puede cerrar sustancialmente las bobinas, evitando la fuga de flujo magnético en una extensión máxima. Además, dado que las superficies divisorias entre las unidades magnéticas se disponen a lo largo de un lazo de flujo magnético, no se genera espacio de aire en el lazo de flujo magnético, disminuyendo de esta manera efectivamente la resistencia magnética.
