Abstract

Se divulga un sistema y método para gestión de contratos en un mercado de datos. En una modalidad, el sistema ejecuta la refactorización de un contrato, durante el cual el sistema extrae términos y condiciones del contrato y genera una vista simplificada del contrato. El sistema además ejecuta una validación de requerimiento con base en el contrato, durante el cual el sistema determina si características de entidad de datos coinciden o no con los requerimientos especificados por una primera parte, con base en ontologías de dominio específico. Si las características de la entidad de datos no coinciden con los requerimientos, entonces el sistema extrae uno o más atributos relevantes de una lista de ontologías, verifica si las características de la entidad junto con las características seleccionadas satisfacen los requerimientos o no. Por consiguiente, el sistema genera un documento de requerimiento conveniente como resultado de la validación de requerimientos.
