Abstract
La invención se refiere a un molde para la fabricación de aceros de moldes en un aparato de refundición de escoria electroconductora con gas inerte o presurizada. El molde comprende un manguito de cobre interior no rectangular y no circular que tiene una anchura, w, de 1000-2500 mm y un espesor, t, de 700-1250 mm, en donde en los lados cortos en la dirección del espesor del manguito de cobre al menos parcialmente tienen secciones con superficies curvas y en donde los lados largos en la dirección de la anchura al menos parcialmente tienen secciones con superficies curvas.
