Abstract

Una cápsula (1), para la preparación de bebidas de infusión o solubles, comprende una copa (2) adecuada para contener una sustancia (11) a infundirse o disolverse, provista internamente de una base (33), provista de un borde externo (360) y un relieve (320) entre los cuales se define una depresión (330) para la recolección de la bebida de infusión. La cápsula (1) comprende un disco (5) fijo de manera desprendible en el borde (360), con el fin de separarse del mismo debido al efecto del incremento de presión dentro de la cápsula (1). La apertura de la cápsula (1) ocurre como resultado de la deformación del disco (5), debido a la presión ejercida por el fluido dentro de la cápsula (1). En forma favorable, la base (33), en correspondencia con la depresión (330), se provee de una pluralidad de soportes (90, 91, 92) provistos de un perfil que disminuye hacia la depresión (330), adecuados para impedir que la deformación del disco (5) interfiera con el flujo saliente de la bebida hacia la abertura (31).
