Abstract
A fin de realizar comunicaciones apropiadas en un sistema de comunicación de siguiente generación, la presente invención proporciona una terminal de usuario que tiene: una sección de recepción que recibe una señal de sincronización y señales de difusión; y una sección de control que usa la señal de sincronización como una base para especificar un recurso de radio y/o un parámetro de comunicación de un esquema de acceso de radio usado para la transmisión de al menos una de las señales de difusión.
