Abstract

Además, en el presente documento se describe un dispositivo inalámbrico que recibe el por lo menos uno de un bloque FCCH o el bloque SCH, y determina si el por lo menos uno del bloque FCCH o el bloque SCH recibido que indica que la SI ha cambiado y usa esta información para los propósitos de un procedimiento de acceso del sistema.
