Abstract
Un sistema, método y aparato para ejecutar una canalización de análisis de secuencia en datos de secuencias genéticas que incluye un circuito integrado formado por un conjunto de circuitos lógicos digitales cableados que están interconectados por interconexiones eléctricas físicas. Una de las interconexiones eléctricas físicas forma una entrada al circuito integrado conectado con una fuente de datos electrónicos para recibir lecturas de datos genómicos.
