Abstract
La presente divulgación se refiere a derivados de C-glicósido que tienen un anillo fenilo condensado o a sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos, un método para prepararlos, una composición farmacéutica que los contiene, un uso de los mismos y un método para la inhibición del SGLT1 y del SGLT2 usando los mismos. Un nuevo compuesto de la presente divulgación tiene una doble actividad inhibidora contra el SGLT1 y el SGLT2, por lo que se usa de forma útil como agente terapéutico para la diabetes.
