Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo de extrusión para extruir un producto semiacabado hecho de material elastomérico, que consta de un cuerpo de extrusión que se extiende a lo largo de una direcci6n de suministro y una bomba dispuesta corriente abajo del cuerpo de extrusión a lo largo de la direcci6n de suministro. El cuerpo de extrusión consta de una tolva para cargar un material elastomérico y un tornillo de extrusión que se extiende a lo largo de la dirección de suministro y que tiene una parte de admisión dispuesta cerca de la tolva y una parte de salida dispuesta cerca de la bomba. El cuerpo de extrusión también consta de un rodillo motorizado dispuesto en la parte de admisión del tornillo de extrusión y configurado para recibir el material elastomérico de la tolva y suministrarlo al tornillo de extrusión. El tornillo de extrusión tiene una longitud y un diámetro tales que la proporción entre la longitud y el diámetro está comprendida entre 4 mm y 8 mm. La invenci6n también se refiere a un proceso de extrusión realizado con el dispositivo de extrusión antes mencionado.
