Abstract

La invención se refiere a un distractor de placa, particularmente un distractor de placa maxilofacial, que comprende una primera (12) y una segunda (14) placa de fijación, un pasador roscado (24) montado en una forma que puede girar libremente y fijada de manera trasladable con relación a la primera placa de fijación (14), un tubo atornillado (26) fijado a la segunda placa de fijación (12), un imán permanente (20) que se extiende en una dirección principal, que se magnetiza transversalmente a la dirección principal y se monta en el distractor de placa (10) de manera que la rotación del imán (20) sobre sí mismo, alrededor de un eje de rotación (D) paralelo al eje principal, provoque una rotación relativa del pasador roscado (24) con relación al tubo roscado (26), el imán (20) está dispuesto cerca de uno de los extremos del distractor de placa (10).
